DAY #10: 90 DAY BOOK JOURNEY

I started journaling when I was 16. It’s one of the healthiest things you can do. By writing your life down, it allows an opportunity to live consciously. Later on, it allows yourself to go back and look at moments of your life – when your perspective is more 20/20 – pull out the lessons and chart a new course. Sometimes the only way forward in life is to look back. See the patterns and consciously make a change.

It also helps when you’re writing a book. Need a story to illustrate a point? Flip through the pages of your life and you’ll surely find one. That’s what I did today. It’s made all the difference.
