A Professor Called Pain

Pain is a professor. Don’t run from pain. How do we run? We numb. We reach out for a drink, a pill, or we scroll, scroll, scroll. (I know I’m guilty as charged.)

Pain made me pray.
Prayer made me powerful.

Sit with pain until you learn why it’s there. Let it drive you to prayer.

Ask why am I experiencing this? Is there something I’m doing that needs to be shifted or tweaked? Is there something I need to start or stop doing? Do I need to reach out for help?

Prayer will help you know why the “pain” is there and understand the lesson. This kind of honest prayer will make you powerful. ⚡️🙏🏽⚡️
